We are using superior quality, food grade and virgin raw material called Polyethylene Terephthalate for production of Plastic Bottles, which is commonly abbreviated as PET / PETE. It is one of the most conventional thermoplastic polymer resin of polyester family and being used for plastic containers production. The most important characteristic of PET is referred as “Intrinsic Viscosity” nick named “IV”. The IV of PET Resin is measured in Deciliters / Gram. Basically, the PET Resin is consisted upon chains, the longer the chain the stiffer the material and therefore, the IV is higher.

Following are some categories of PET Resin IV’s for multipurpose use:

High-Density Polyethylene (H.D.P.E) is a Thermoplastic Resin having high strength-to-density ratio. It has little branching in its physical properties which gives stronger intermolecular force and tensile strength which can somewhat withstand higher temperatures (up to 120 °C) for shorter passage of time.

Low-Density Polyethylene (L.D.P.E) has more branching as compare to H.D.P.E, so its intermolecular forces are weaker and tensile strength is lower. It is quiet flexible & tough yet breakable.

These raw materials are used to produce different accessories of plastic containers i.e. closures/caps, handles, stoppers etc.

Food grade master-batches are used, which have been outsourced from reliable multi-national vendors, according to color requirements of the customer.
